    Investor Mode provides a real estate investment platform that connects property sellers with potential buyers. The Service includes property listings, deal management tools, buyer matching, and communication features.

    To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Infringe upon the rights of others
    • Submit false or misleading information
    • Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

    Property information displayed on Investor Mode is provided by users and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any listing information. Users should independently verify all property details before making investment decisions.

    6. Privacy Policy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in that policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

    7. Communications Consent (IMPORTANT)

    By creating an account with Investor Mode, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including but not limited to:

    • Text Messages (SMS/MMS): You agree to receive text messages from Investor Mode and its affiliates at the phone number you provide. These messages may include marketing promotions, property updates, deal notifications, and other business communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
    • Phone Calls: You agree to receive phone calls from Investor Mode and its affiliates at the phone number you provide. These calls may be for marketing purposes, to discuss investment opportunities, to follow up on inquiries, or for any other business purposes.
    • Emails: You agree to receive emails from Investor Mode and its affiliates at the email address you provide. These emails may include marketing promotions, newsletters, property updates, deal notifications, and other business communications.

    Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us directly. However, you may still receive transactional or service-related communications necessary for the operation of your account.

    TCPA Compliance: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during registration, you are providing your prior express written consent to receive autodialed calls and text messages from Investor Mode. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Investor Mode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Investor Mode makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's operation, availability, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Investor Mode, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Investor Mode and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service.

    12. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
